Join a full body pilates reformer on the mat workout using the resistance band. An intermediate level class using reformer exercises to challenge and sculpt your legs, hips and core and give you a really great workout. Part standing, part mat this is a routine based on the traditional reformer exercises translated into a mat work challenge. It has both standing and mat work in it so you'll get a full body workout and a real boost to your metabolism.
