After 4 years of working to improve mental health in the workplace, supporting tens of thousands of employees. I’ve come to believe that psychological safety is a critical part of the solution.
In this workshop, we’ll dive into the concept of psychological safety through group discussions and exercises. We’ll explore how to create a culture where team members feel empowered to voice their ideas, admit their mistakes, and challenge the status quo.
