The irrationality of an immortal life poses certain stresses on the constructs that hold our mind and sanity together. The intermediate stage between mortality and immortality poses certain risks, the shift in perception can cause schisms, and the nature of untethered expanse can lead to loss of our self-regulated homeostasis. Essentially you can lose your mind and/or emotional stability, and become lost in madness. To cope with this challenge, basic maneuvers can be employed to intentionally shift the awareness into a permanent posture that can withstand this stress, which is vital to your longevity’s viability.
The first step is developing a healthy disassociation from mental constructs so that you can sit comfortably in a state of pure, unadulterated awareness. This awareness does not replace what you are currently experiencing, nor does it replicate it in any typical way, rather it layers on top of it as a constant secondary psyche that is experienced more as an acute sensation rather than a set of specific ideas. As this sensation becomes more prominent in your every day routine, you will process thoughts and experiences differently, which will lead to change.
MIDABI will lead a group in exercising the awareness and reordering the focus to incorporate a practice of non-ordinary mental regulation for sustainable longevity. The class will be basic and easy, come with an open mind and joyful curiosity.
